Finding customers / transaction:
As customers purchase tickets to your event you’ll be able to find them and their details by navigating to the 'Orders' tab on the left and entering their first/ last name or a reference number. Their transaction will then appear. Select their transaction and then you will have access to the refund, return, resent ticket options.
In your event on the left navigation panel, you will see 'Orders'. Click on orders and search the customers name or reference number for a ticket transaction. Select the relevant transaction. On the left 'Actions' panel you will see Refund (ticket refund). Select 'Refund' and it will refund the whole order made with the transaction, excluding the booking fee by IWannaTicket.
If you would like to refund a single ticket within a purchase, this can be done. Simply select the relevant transaction, then ‘Admissions’. Within ‘Admissions’ you will be able to see the tickets that have been purchased. Simply select the relevant ticket and down the bottom of your screen click, ‘refund’. Note: it is not the refund on the left navigation screen, for a single ticket it is on the bottom navigations panel.
Please note that we don’t generally refund our fees as we have provided our service by issuing the ticket. We may refund fees under special circumstances. If you require the full ticket price + booking fee to be returned to the customer, you will need to arrange this with the IWannaTicket team.
After your event has finished, IWannaTicket will lock your ability to issue a refund. If you need a refund issued after your event has passed, please contact the IWannaTicket team.
If our customer support team receives a refund request from one of your ticket buyers, it will be forwarded to the email address used to set up your account.
