How do I make my event available/unavailable for sale?

IWannaTicket makes it easy to control when your tickets are available for sale and when they are not. All you need to do is change the 'Sale status' of an event in the listing details tab found on the left hand side of your event page. 


Scroll down to the sale status field. There are four options to choose from:
 
  • Available for sale: Your event is live and available for sale to the public. Your event will be listed and found via the iwannaticket homepage.
  • Not visible to public (private event): This option means your event is only accessible via a specific URL link (found at the top of the summary page on your account). Your event will not be listed or found via the iwannaticket homepage. This can help you control who can see your listing and buy tickets to your event, so if you only want your members (for example) to come, use this option.
  • Sold out:  The ticket allocation on your event listing will be displayed as SOLD OUT. No more tickets can be purchased to your event. 
  • Withdrawn from sale: Your event has been withdrawn from sale and the URL has been deactivated. Your event will be removed from the web. 

Choose your option and remember to Click SAVE. You can change the sale status at any time.
